I call it "Guilloche Brulee" because the dials are literally torched like a creme brulee! Kind of interesting that watch dials are now torched and "blued" like blued screws are! ...

But a lot of Ming stuff doesn’t really do it for me in person vs pics. He’s maybe…too good a photographer.

I've become a fan of Mings, thanks to the posts of them here, incl. those by our good friend KMII. I would like to see one in person of these days !
8-10 years ago there was a “kid” in Philly making watches with various coloured titanium dials and maybe cases too, it was anodized titanium.
He is a pen maker by trade, I don’t think the watches ever got enough traction. But they were visually pretty cool.
Just found him, Ian Schon.
At the very early Wind Up Watch Fairs he used to exhibit, pens (which he sold mostly in Japan) and watches.
My wife likes it. Says it is very pretty.
