Would like a little more WR as that would be a nice vacation/pool watch.

The balance wheel of this CW watch spins at 28,800 VPH. Which might look a tad bit violent given its size and geometry, depending on the person. Yes - I realize I'm overthinking it! And for those who are about to say it looks okay on a YouTube video, plea... 

And no screw down crown on a manual wind watch.

Makes it a pain to wind.

Dear breaker for me from the jump is the need for proprietary straps. Next, even if the lugs were designed for regular straps, as seen with the Bel Canto there are reasons to wait as many other iterations of this watch are likely to follow. All said this ...

Did you still get it? I'm going to pause and wait for normal lugs, all these proprietary straps are getting to be a bit expensive, and limiting. Plus i already have FOUR large books filled with straps, so am beginning to question my sanity ;-)

I would rather not pay a tariff now when it could be gone next week. But even if there were no tariffs, there are a few issues that give me pause: the proprietary straps, the 30m water resistance with a screw down crown and a manual movement. The smallish... 

Changing the size/speed of the balance would be nice PLUS give more hours of reserve. I'm fine with an 8-day, typical Sunday weekly wind with my Grandfather clock, MB&F Sherman, and Panerai nightstand clock.

I heard back from the Sales team that the large fee appears to be due to the fact that "all straps and bracelet are made in China". I don't have a huge problem with that and I'm happy they are being honest about the situation, but the large tariffs are ob...
