Based on the photos, I would guess a high karat gold. The enamel and gold is polished to a final thickness/finish. Fantastic post!! Thanks, John.

Confirmed 18KT solid gold. The technique is called Champleve. They have a section on their website. They did a different design in blue enamel on silver dial and a red enamel on a gold dial.

I thought it was much lower than that. They need to make sure their oven is set quite precisely though, the margin of error is not huge. From a technical perspective, this dial is crazy good
