I'd love to hear more about the science that GF claims to bring to the table. There's nothing about it that seems particularly disingenuous(I believe they are sincere at least), but I'm a "show me the data" kinda guy, and need more than simple, apparently single example, graphs with no units on them to convince me, you know?
That said, I find their commitment to traditional uber-finishing laudable and charming as well and always enjoy seeing their work. Thanks sincerely for the article and wonderful pics!
