My Titanium Greyās case size is 42 mm, too, with a 52mm lug-to-lug length and 14.5mm thickness.
I think these are the same dimensions as your Blue Ceramic?

My Integral Ceramic Blue 42mm is about 49.3mm lug-to-lug length and 13.8mm case thickness. I am more concerned with wider lug-to-lug length. Iād like to be able to try one on locally before pulling the trigger online.
