Yesterday - Two anniversaries (Dec 15th)
Team,
Yesterday we celebrated our wedding anniversary.
We got married very young and it was our 39th anniversary, believe it or not!
Today, recovering from the steak & wine "extravaganza", I notice that yesterday was also is my LLD anniversary.
To avoid having a "sad" and uncelebrated watch, here are some pictures and observations after one year owning a LLD.
1) It's a beautiful watch, no questions about.
2) Dresses very well, accepts any strap (I change a lot) and reflects light on a gorgeous way
3) Nothing to add, nothing to remove. Perfect.
4) Movement is a pedestrian ETA but, after a quick "tune up" it maintains +2 seconds/day. Outstanding by any measure.
When I got my first LLD, I was unsure if it was a "keeper" but after several cycles (this one is my #3) I'm sure that is a "forever" watch.
I like this watch so much that I believe that if another no-date pops-up ... I go to get it.

Note: I had a LLD with the date (My #4). After months trying to love it ... I let it go on a trade. But it may return one day, who knows?

When I love the watch, is much easier to take good pics. The opposite is when I must take a pic of watches that don't "sing" to me, like gold cased or very dressing ones. Cheers, Nilo

my parents celebrated 60 years together 2 weeks ago. i find cards are hard to buy as not many people make it that long :) as for the LLD, you dont need 2 so bear me in mind as i often think i should get one. all the best G

Have a Y2K issue. It was 121 not 21. He he. Please, give to the LLD a try. Is lighter than your PAM and, so I hear, dresses very well on a ... ankle. Add to that the fact that you can give good use for 40mm Panerai straps, if you have any. Cheers, Nilo
