One day a guest asked me what my reverso was because it's a nice classy watch.I felt so happy.I told him I don't know what it is but it was a gift from a close friend. The rolex does something so differently,it almost always make people envious and jealous, and I hate that reaction when someone sees a watch.I like the mutual feeling of admiration and inquisitiveness.Yes, the success of my post drove me to horological shyness. A bald doc who was at the jlc event bumped into my lv bag rather rudely that day- I used to serve him as a waiter. He obviously didn't like my audacity to carry an lv messenger bag.Bet he would not have done so if I were more discrete with my choices- perhaps carry his kinda bally bag. If only you visualize the scenario of my conundrum.

I would say watches for different ocassions. Our lifestyle are not fixed 24 hours. A Banker does not sit at office all day so you dont expect him to wear a dressy watch to go with his cuff links and tie. An active Banker wears a lot of sports range watche...
