BTW, where do you buy those coffees? Are they local for you? 2 years ago I purchased a super-automatic Gaggia, and while I wish I had the time to pull shots like you do, the results are quite satisfying for a "touch and go" machine. I can't drink anything else now. I would love to learn the latte art as well, and always enjoy your coffee-themed posts! Hope to meet you at IGOTT II mate
