Michael, Intelligentsia is based in Chicago Illinois but now has retail establishments and roasting here in Los Angeles. Check out Intelligentsia if you get a chance. Supreme Bean is a small micro-roaster here in North Hollywood. But there are plenty of competent roasters worldwide (of course).
The super-autos are a great alternative, and indeed they are time-savers.
Let's definitely catch up in Vegas.
