Horological Meandering

When three hands are enough...

I love the complications in my collection, but sometimes simple is good.

I bought these pieces this week after looking at both of them for over a year from respective AD's in Malaysia.

The Richard Lange came first with it's lovely rose gold case and dial and spectacular finished movement, and then the Speake-Marin Resilience in Steel with enamel dial. The only decision there (I had decided on steel vs. gold) for me was 42mm (I selected) vs. 38mm.

So, both are three hand pieces, one manual wind and the other automatic.  Both quite different I think in the feelings they evoke.
