Sort of re-stumbled over these 2 great pics of the Valjoux 222.. Such a nice "interior" .. Also shows that these two Cals were used crossover for a number of brands.. Beautiful pics, as always !!

Bof... No real need of a sapphire case back. If you want to see the movement, just open the case back.
