I agree with you and Nico about the small date window on this occasion. Although most of the time I find a date display useful - poor memory!

What kind of watch is it meant to be? Dive, Dress, Tool?
Dial, hands and see-through caseback suggest dress? Not an instant like but I think a writshot would give it a chance to redeem itself.
