For Dive, I have something else to show you, soon.
To be seen in the flesh, indeed. I was not impressed, before seing it in the flesh, and the real encounter made me change my mind.
Best, and thanks for looking!

a very nice watch with an unusual case design which I fine very appealing. Need to try it to be convinced about the size though! 44mm "sounds" large
Sporty, elegant I would describe it. Thank you Nicolas, didn't know that JeanRichard dated from 1681! Wow! Always good to live another day...to learn
Cheers

On the wrist, it is definitely convincing... If it didn't have this damn date...
Best,
Nicolas
agree with you, why on earth "destroying" this otherwise beautiful dial with a date? Especially such a ridiculously small window in the context.
Cheers

and pretty date
I am not against all of them
Cheers my friend

... JR1000 movement in order to remove the date. You can't just cover the date with the dial because you have the 3 position crown to deal with.
I agree with you and Nico about the small date window on this occasion. Although most of the time I find a date display useful - poor memory!

Andrew
a white rectangular speck on such a beautiful dial.....
Cheers

i was only comparing the shape although some of the Lum-Tecs have a great finish. the tungsten case especially.

You know I have a soft spot for blue dials...
Paired here with a brown strap looks looks very nice, IMO.
