Two notable learnings for me…
1. I didn’t know that Tiffany double stamped Rolex pieces too🤔
2. I didn’t think Patek would be okay with their name being listed second on the last watch.

Interesting that the 2555
has the Tiffany logo on top and the PP one beneath it. I would probably go 425, 2555 and explorer!

I think you're right:
the reason why the little cake is called "Tegolino" is that it's reminiscent of a "little tile". Apparently, "tegola" means "tile". And Amsterdam Watch Co. makes the link between the tile and the cake: https://awco.nl/shop/icons/rare-finds/patek-philippe-...

The 425 looks great on that strap
generally do not like steel bezels. For me they detract from the dial and case - the stuffed crust pizza of watchmaking LOL
I don't mind a steel bezel,
but I like the 425 or the 2555 so much more! Best, Emmanuel
2555 for me
I love the case and dial color. And I love that it is center seconds. I’d actually prefer without Tiffany.
I also find this 2555 very appealing.
And I agree that Tiffany is unnecessary. But I just like the 425 even more. Best, Emmanuel

I don't really understand the objection (by many ) to the 4:30 date window with many of the el Primero watches. It has never bothered me.....but I appear to be in the minority!
The only thing that matters is what is ok
for you or for each of us. What personally bothers me here is that the date window interrupts the scale and that its orientation, as well as the orientation of the numerals on the date disc clashes with that of the applied numerals marking the hours. Just...
