Too many!!
And for me, "too many" in my dictionary means more than 5 watches. I used to have around 15 watches and that was just too many for me. Many did not get any wrist time so to me, those watches are just a waste of money.
I'm extremely picky with my watches nowadays and my ideal collection would be to have 5 watches to ensure each and every watch gets wrist time.
One of my rules now is if I buy a new watch, one watch must unfortunately go.
