To me these lugs were strictly VC related. I had never seen Pateks with such lugs, and I must say, like others here, I much prefer VC's execution of the same. Do we know if both cases had the same manufacturer ?

And the revived version of the 6099, with the gorgeous caliber 1003 visible through the sapphire caseback has been a true temptation for me. But I could also be very happy with a PP 2568. Best, Emmanuel
