Tic tacs
Actually Nicolas uses “tic tac” to describe watches and possibly downplay his love for these little ticking timepieces. Tic-tac (or tick-tack) was used in the sixteenth century to denote a clock (and tick-tock is used in the same fashion). Or it could be the small breath mint that was introduced in 1969 by the Italian company Ferrero. Only Nicolas really knows. 
Look forward to your next watch review and the use of "tic tac".
