The wait is nuts but on the plus side it has kept me from buying anything else since I put my deposit down. It's actually saving me money 😂
I've been trying to ignore it the last few years too hoping it would make the wait go faster and I also held off speccing the watch figuring my tastes would change. I waffled a lot the last few years but it gave me time experience other KV watches which totally changed my initial design and now I feel really really good about how I want to spec the watch - a 44mm center seconds. Only question left is case material, platinum or titanium.....

I ordered Ti, still not even sure I'm ready for the upcharge to platinum let alone tantalum. I remember seeing the 44mm tantalum case he did for the MR, epic, downturned lugs, scared to ask the cost :)

That is true. I think that waiting lists have a positive aspect because thanks to them we do not make compulsive purchases. There is usually plenty of time to think about whether it needs another watch 😅
