The GO is easy
With the GO, you can adjust the individual complications, such as the date, without impacting the others. I believe the IWC works differently with the complications being synched together. It can be a nuisance if you make a mistake, such as advancing it too far. I am not sure how problematic that would be, but maybe others more knowlegeable about the IWC would chime in. No, the dial is not black, just silver.

but I can't warm up to UN's asymetrical dial, thought the innovation and the functionality are very notable among other contenders.
If your wrist can live under the size and heft
of the IWC.... GET IT NOW, NOW, do you hear me???? NOW!!!! I loooove that watch, BUT the size and heft are impossible for my wrist. Did I say I love it yet?

UN has several that are worth a look
