Actually I Don't believe they represent the Cartier quality of selling and service; I know Cartier since I was 13 years old with my first mechanical Tank must watch (24 years ago!) before the official boutique opened here..by the way even the mechanical Tank they recently annoyed me with there service for it; they claim they replaced the battery and gasket!!! LOL ((even it's not awater resistant))
Anyway I wish to write a new complete thread about my problem with this branch in Kuwait I will upload the recipt papers and invoices and my tank watch photos -I wish I was taken photos for the Pasha before I send it back but I was not expect there reply- and will inform what will happen .If that is ok I'll post the complete thread in cartier forum hoping to be an important message to my favorite brand If not I wil not continue.

how do you feel when you scratch your watch?
Noticed theres another new hairline scratch on my stainless steel bezel. Its either the crowd or the it got scratched on a surface. Thing is i treat my watches very well. Major Heartache 4 me!! Why is the stainless steel so damn fragile!
Rolex Prince buckle
A quick cellphone pic of the buckle of my Rolex Prince. It is a pretty big and massive thing, but fits the watch wonderfully. Since my job primarily consists of working at a desk, it got scratched quite a bit, but I do not really mind.......

I take a philosophical approach
I have a UTS 1000m v2 GMT with a couple of microscopically small dings on the bezel. I've come to view them as "battle scars" for a watch I love and wear all the time. If I didn't like a watch I wouldn't wear it. And if I didn't wear it I wouldn't scratch...

After reading these posts, this thing just stuck in my head. So I took my UTS diver down to my local jeweler in Greenwich, who is smoothing out one particularly bothersome (though microscopically small) nick at 11:00 on the edge of the bezel. Go figure......
