Takano Chateau Nouvelle
Any thoughts on this first revival? I am wondering about its Miyota 9015/ 90T movement which sells for about $70 and is usually replaced as opposed to being finished. Is this watch worth what they are asking for them?

Have meanwhile read your post above and the article on monochrome. While they speak about the individual testing, there is not so much explanation about the changes to base movement. Maybe someone knows more?

I would never buy a watch with a Miyota movement ireespective of how attractive the case and dial may be and that is not because I am a watch snob but it is because they do not keep good time. I am of course speaking from experience. Of course if accuracy...
