On the VC Mercator
The hands should ideally be described as "dividers". Measuring the distance between two points on a chart is made easier with dividers. A technical drawing instrument used for inscribing circles and arcs and to measure distances. Mercator refers to a type of projection for nautical charts.

The UJ hour hand is very close to the KV one to be honest. The difference between the two is very small for me. I would be curious to know which one has been created first
