And can’t read things up close. I had a really bad time setting the date of my Seiko yesterday. It the type where you set the date hand in a small circle.
As long as I can read the date then I’m fine. Big date or even the magnified dates would be pretty legible.

If a watch has to have a date window, what do you prefer, the so called "Big Date", or a small unobtrusive date window/ I know many of you prefer no date, but if the watch only comes with a date window which would you rather have?

Big date or a date complication like that on a Calatrava is big enough to see. Some date windows have small fonts and raised window frames that just makes it illegible.

it is not positioned at 4:30 AND so far as the background of the window has the same colour as the dial. Exceptions accepted so long as it seems to be a conscious decision and not just bare ignorance. Best, Thomas
