My concern with a high complication...
...from a gray dealer is that service costs become your problem if something happens soon after purchase. You just never know how the watch was treated prior to your acquisition, and the price for fixing these complex machines can cut into whatever savings you may have received upfront in a significant way.
Do your research on the gray dealer to see how reputable they seem to be. As long as you're jumping in with both eyes open...
