Love African Grays! So beautiful and incredibly intelligent. I've had two IWC Big Pilots. Eventually sold both for the same reason. Too big, too bulky and too much extra strap coming all the
way back to the case (my wrist is about 6 1/2"). But I love pilots and really like my Junghans, Glashutte Original, Bremont and Tutima which are all at least slightly smaller than the IWC Big Pilots. IWC has made smaller ones but there's only one Petite Prince that I like (with blued hands) and it's hard to find. There's a lot of pilot watches out there to choose from and you might find one you really like.

Rather than spend the money on an IWC, I bought this rather inexpensive Archimede. Malika seemed to take to it more than me so I sold it, and never did buy an IWC. ...
We humans make beautiful objects - especially watches.
But often times, nature creates even more beautiful flora and fauna! Malika is a great example!

I love that Junghans bezel in your first picture.
There was a one legged African Gray at my veterinary school that was donated after its owner died. That bird would curse like a sailor from what it learned at its previous residence.

How old is Malika? I heard they can live quite a long time
