i have a single crown supercompressor UN polerouter and i think the movements are great. well bought that man. although i would have done a bit of research before i bought it especially at the price they seem to sell for.

actually PP, UG were one of the forerunners of micro rotors along with Buren, Hamilton and Breitling. UG are a strange company, they have a great reputation for their tri compax chrono's, but no one knows much about them. best Graham

The watch does look nice, but here is why I think it's a Frankenwatch. The movement is too banged up, and the interior of the caseback is spanking new. The movement could have gotten this way if humidity came into the case, and thus the caseback would see...

the outside of the case and the obvious wear on the caseback are in keeping with the condition of the movement. the caseback should have the polerouter engraving on it, but that is worn away. mine is also pretty much worn away. i cant offer a good reason ...
