I've owned a number of chronos with screw-down pushers in the past, and: no more!
One IWC suggestion: older Aquatimer chronos, ref. 3719. Not so thick and heavy as the current models. I owned and enjoyed a titanium model for several years, but they also do steel which has a more flexible, less toolish look than the fully matte ti that I owned.

The SBGC line has relatively small, non-screw down pushers. Might be worth a look. I believe Habrings are all non screw down but have a WR of 50m, so you can comfortably swim with them

It appears you're correct. However..
it wears considerably smaller than its specs imply. Also, unlike the others you've mentioned, it's buttons can be used to full (300m) depth.

Don't dismiss watches without actually trying them on.
