Love the moonphase on the Lange 1, especially the new version with the day/night indicator. But my favorite moonphase watch is the Ferdinand Berthoud 1L4 "dark side of the moon". ...

My favorite is Patek 5575G ...

These all are really top. The lange with its gold MP is really great. The blanclain I love for the face on the moon and underlug corrector. The A&S is great, this perpetual moon! I am always hesitant on size here. Would love to see some wrist shots ! For ... 

It is 42mm with short curved lugs : wears very comfortably on my 17 cm wrist. ...  

I think the blanpain my favorite here. Not a bad one to choose from here though!

I just love the look of them , even if as you mention it’s hard to set one to the correct current phase! Let me add a ( much humbler ) one which always fascinates me on the wrist ! 😀 Unfortunately the brand is now defunct though of course some pieces are ...

The engraved moon phase and stars on some VC's, as well as De Bethune's flame-blued spherical moon are quite special.

That is for me the most fascinating moonphase watch on the market. I am happy to have the "little brother" in my collection but this one would of course be another great target.
