myself describing what you were actually showing as it seemed that there are many in the thread who have noticed the particularity of that watch 
There are 13ZNs and then there are 13ZNs with a difference. A big difference, whether we are speaking about a large piece, as special added complication such as with 13ZN12s, rare salmon or sandwich dials, Tre Tacche, or mushroom pushers. Not all 13ZNs are born equal, some are not even flyback. Generally we are speaking about quite a few models or reference numbers, with even more case references (size/ metal/ case details including lugs and pushers) themselves coming in quite few dial configuration depending of the period produced and the type of chronograph (military/ sport and action, scientific, dressed and casual) A great variety with small to very small production numbers, a diversity completely unheard of by today's standard.
I know that you knew all that and your enlighted audience probably did too, but there is sometimes no harm stating the obvious.

those days such level of workmanship was the norm , i got many items inherited from my grandparents between the age 80-150yrs those are all stellar.
