I don't think you really need to apologize for piling on, as it's perfectly ok to inform others of your experience. My issue is with the OP's thread singling out AP for apparent quality control shortcomings. I think my greater issue is with the nature of social media where anyone can make any assertion without any proof or independent verification. I am certainly not, however, for any form of censure or extreme counter remedies that many are casually bandying about lately. I only hope that people reading information reflect a bit on how seriously to take it, and push back a little, as I tried to do, against information that seems intended to cast dispersion on a brand.
