Have you considered buying Pelican, Storm, OtterBox cases? The have different sizes and built to withstand a lot of abuse yet waterproof and foam lined. As other have mentioned, you can ask your AD for the synthetic cases that they give you when you send a watch back for warranty work/overhaul/polishing. I have the Oakley round cases too and they work well.
Another option: Here's a pic of a nice storage/travel case I got as a present 
The case was really handy on my trips:

The case holds four watches and has a nice center divider so they don't get scratched

Speak to your dealer
and get them to give you a pouch or carrying case or something to put your watch in, then place the pouch/carrying case in your locker, perhaps within your gym bag. That's what I do when I go to gym.

Easiest thing is to just use one of those clear plastic protective wrappers
to wrap around the watch case and then put your watch in your gym bag in the gym locker. Then again, you expose yourself to the risk of someone breaking into your locker and stealing your watch. Cheers, Anthony
One of the best things I've found is the Oakley watch case...
Oakley has a large and small 'soft vault case'... These cases are circular with soft felt material inside, hard woven outer shell... Large size is perfect for a 46mm Breitling Navitimer World or a 44mm Panerai, the smaller one is perfect for an Omega Seam...
Prescription glasses case...
..I second that suggestion but if you're at the gym, may I suggest using a nice inconspicuous glasses case (which are usually flocked on the inside to protect against scratches). After all, who'd want to steal someones prescription glasses?

I just wrap the watch in a piece of cloth
and put it in my sportsbag and in the locker. Just make sure no everybody sees your watch. For me this is good enough and it works well. Geo
