Look Ma, no date ! LOL, for the purists out there this is big decision. And the dials here most definitely have not be ruined by the inclusion of a date window. Anyways, I stopped the Kurono Boutique in Aoyama earlier to see these watches. And so for anyo...

It was a nice one too, but it just didn’t sing to me the way the blue dial does.

Yes, there is a lot going on with that dial, but my impression was that it had balance and so it worked.

Can the 24hr dial be set independently from the hour hand?

I really like that blue dial with Kanji characters. The size is great too.

The blue as I said is interesting, not like anything else I can recall. And the Kanji, plus the smaller brand name, make it well balanced.

The blue I find particularly appealing 👌🏻👍🏻

I love the blus dial, for the japanese numbering and the colour. I am less fan of the off-white one, as it reminds me too much of cheap Orient watches

They always have them to see in person at the Boutique. Coincidentally I’ve just happened to be here a few times in advance of releases since the Boutique opened.

Note, if you are here then go to the Boutique. They have all the Kurono models for you to see; not to buy just to see. It’s helpful to be able to try them one and see what’s good for your wrist. Personally, doing that on prior trips made my mind up on the...

I have to say that the blue dial is my favorite, but the other is very nice too. Wasn't on my radar, but will definitely check it out. And yes, a nice size as you said.

Both look very good tbh… but the blue has something a little extra. Agree with some of the comments though regarding the 24h indicator in absence of date or gmt indicator… but cool nevertheless if one lives very far north or south on this planet Good luck...
