A 5531 would be an amazing acquisition! ;-) Then in that direction (just a bit more exclusive) you could also find some out-of-catalog Rare Handcraft minute repeaters, such as the 5538 below, which are sometimes offered as very limited editions...

I think this is a good type of exercise to do regularly. For me it helps to gauge if my taste is evolving and it helps to formulate a plan for possibly moving or acquiring a piece.
I also think the exercise gets more difficult after you’ve assembled such an impressive collection as yours.
