A 5531 would be an amazing acquisition! ;-) Then in that direction (just a bit more exclusive) you could also find some out-of-catalog Rare Handcraft minute repeaters, such as the 5538 below, which are sometimes offered as very limited editions...
I was looking at last year's material from Patek and I believe we had none (for man) with the 2020-21 RH collection, but I wouldn't be surprised to see more in the future! 
In this case, like for all out-of-catalog pieces, the best way will be to express an interest to Patek (or via your AD) as soon as they are announced....hopefully we'll be able to announce the new RH collection very soon!

I think this is a good type of exercise to do regularly. For me it helps to gauge if my taste is evolving and it helps to formulate a plan for possibly moving or acquiring a piece.
I also think the exercise gets more difficult after you’ve assembled such an impressive collection as yours.
