For sure, the concept of these pieces is fantastic
The caseback photo might appear a bit rough, but in person, the material is fantastic for me. The closest thing I can compare it to is AP's forged carbon Alinghi Team Chronograph. I owned that one for years. This carbon is very different, as it is galvanized by its use on the race cars, heating to temperatures well over 1000 degrees. The material is denser, heavier, and cleaner than the forged carbon from AP, that I can say without hesitation.

They are not failed relationships from Aston Martin’s perspective if they received a trade mark licensing fee and advertising revenue from each watch manufacturer!

Given the length of the AM/JLC relationship, arguably it was a success for both parties.
One would be inclined to hope so....
As well as, at least in my instance, for this relationship to be revived at some point to some mutually favorable extent. Who knows, if Lambert manages to acquire JLC from Richemont, one can dare to dream big 😉😇........
