Moser certainly has a unique take on the PC.
For readability, FP Journe remains my top contender, imho.
My choices were the Patek and the IWC that I had a few years ago......but....
as my eyes got older (and OLDER) I couldn't see anyting but the hour and minute hands, so I parted with them. I like the Breguet because it looks "complicated". I can imagine one's preference is based on taste/looks and then brand and then inner workings....
