Easy one for me..
I have a rule that in the event of losing a piece from my collection would I go out and repurchase a similar item? If the answer is no then that piece leaves my collection as it's not truly satisfying me.
However, if forced to pick one I would go for my Patek ref 96.
To me it is the perfect watch. Great history, horlogical significance, wonderful craftsmanship and to my eye the perfect dimensions. At 31mm it is one of the smallest pieces I own but it just looks correct on the wrist especially with a suit. it's easily the most comfortable watch I own too.

my Tortue. I like a small complication, so if I have to stick with one watch, then I prefer something that wears well, not too large and good for formal & informal wear. The Tortue, for me, has all that. GEO...
