This word i chosen to call the main function of the 190th anniversary Longines in steel.
Strange from my side to call an anniversary watch a duty watch which can serve as a tool watch. A rugged everyday dresser which must only point the right time.
This to keep your Vacheron Constantin, JLC, and Patek Philippe more for formal situations.
So the golden models are a bit odd for a tool watch.
But i will go for them. I know what i can get from Longines, and in about 10 years i will reserve a 200 years anniversary edition, which make me wonder which case material i will go for. But i am very curious how the 190th editions looks in yellow and rose gold.
