Common feelings
You’ve perfectly described the feeling that’s shared by most collectors.
I don’t recall who wrote it but a while back I read a post on this forum that explained how collectors go through 3 sometimes 4 phases:
- beginners: you buy one, get hooked start buying no real strategy. After a while they lose interest or develop a preference for a brand or type
- preference collectors: yo7 start liking a brand or a type (ie Chrono or dress etc) and your collection starts to grow
- next phase is where one comes at an intersection: go left and become fanatic collector trader, go right and become fanatic collector and owner
- stage 4 I can’t remember but for sure it will be more expensive
From personal experience I can confirm 1 and 2 😀😀😀
There is so much to like out there
