I have a 12 or 13 year old Hamilton Paneuro with it and It's still very accurate with proper PR. It's never been serviced. It was worn or wound occasionally. There's nothing to complain about.
It might be the best entry level movement out there.

Which I bought relatively recently. I think it wears closer to a 39mm than 38mm. The PR is nice and it seems to keep good time. Minor niggles: I feel the crown is a bit tough to turn/wind and I would say the lume is so-so. On mine, the lume is a bit uneve...
