Both are great but i choose to sold my RG traditionelle but keep Lange 1 PT. so that's my answer. I guess due to Lange 1 is more visual interesting on dial side.
and say the Vacheron. It is simply even more elegant and timeless, despite the L1 boasting its fair share of classically good aesthetics.... Overall, I'm just a VC person, as opposed to an ALS person .... Great image, cheers, Filip
simply because I am "old school" .. to me it is the epitome of an elegant gentleman's watch - manual wind, time only (without of any complication) with petite second... .. the big date and PR are distractions imho

The Vacheron is much thinner and fits discreetly under a cuff. The thinness makes it very comfortable. The Lange with date and longer power reserve is more of a daily wearer. I like having a date indication most days. I have a soft spot for VC and that wo...
But I personally will go for the L1 because it has more personality and it’s an iconic watch. The beautiful Lange movement is also a bonus. The Traditionnelle although nice doesn’t have a strong enough identity, at least that’s how I feel.
