This is the first GO that I've been interested in since I got my PanoReserve over 5 years ago. I hope the case is no bigger than 40mm. Best, JDP NYC

So it should be 42mm. Still quite large, but not as bad as 44mm. It's listed as a Senator Perpetual Calendar, Ceramic. It has the same hands as the rest of the Senator line, not the Navigator hands. At least we can hope. . . What I really hope is a typo i... 

I believe the senator cal 100 case is 40mm. I'm hoping that GO used the current Cal 100 senator case as a model for the ceramic perpetual. I'm sure the photo comparing the new pointer date senator to the ceramic perpetual isn't to scale but the case dimen... 

. . . has a dial lay-out that's reminiscent of an earlier manual-winding model . . . . . . but employs an automatic cal 39 movement in a steel 40 mm Senator case; it's also the first instance to my knowledge of a cal 39 subsidiary seconds dial at the 9:00...

Well, at least to me! Without writing on the bezel, I maye have been tempted. The Symmetry of the dial is a big point on this strong black beauty. Best, nicolas

This Chronometer is the most beautiful Lange ( with the Meissen ) this year. It reminds me a Lange Chronometer in LE for Wempe. I love it, its dial its beautiful movement... Does it exist in platinum? Best, Nicolas

Can you satisfy my curiousity as to what kind of white gold is used - is it nickel or palladium white gold? The difference is explained in a useful article that can be found here: www.utilisegold.com Grateful if you could let me know. Cheers, Dirk

I just want to pester you for a few specifics: 1. what are the dimensions? 2. What is the corrector at 4 o'clock? 3. When do we get to see some real pics?!?!? thanks for all the reporting! A

. . . Our Man in Glashütte just confirmed my surmise that the pusher at 4:00 advances the date. The dimensions are 42 mm in diameter by 12.3 mm in height, and I'm working on a photo session with my new personal favorite . . . cordially, Art

Why can't they have quick-set dates anymore? That pusher breaks the flow of the case, and isn't nearly as user friendly So close to a perfect piece A

. . . a pusher rather than from the crown has to do with the operational aspect of the watch, Aaron. If the cal 58 were to have date-setting adjusted from the crown, there would be an inherent possibility of pulling the crown out too far accidentally, cau... 

As I recall the Cal. 100 has the same pusher-set date. Also, how often would you have to reset the date during a timing trial, you'd have to keep the watch wound all the time anyway.... A

It was on my wishlist when Art asked a month ago. Ok, I had thougt about a Navigator Chronometer, but what GO is presenting to us here is much better! This watch seems to be arranged around the - let's say - theme of keeping exact time in the traditional ...

I like best. The two that catch my eye are the Ceramic Perpetual and the Senator Chronometre. Of course, I much prefer the smaller cases as well....it is very difficult to find just the right combination of elements--the idea of a custom made watch (the a... 

. . . but in reverse order. The black ceramic Senator perpetual strikes me as cool, calm, and collected for what is essentially a complicated design, and I can see this model working for the wrist-challenged amongst us. It's definitely not for formal wear...
