They could have reacted, if they wanted to. I am a small mouse; I am not important for them. They simply are too far away from the customer. They make wonderful products, but Customer Care is not their strenght...

That goes for all companies, all business... Especiall in big companies. Here we agree. But I don't agree that GP doesn't care. They do! And they also try to improve all the time. PM sent. Best Blomman

you have been through a frustrating experience. Now, I'm not associated with GP, I'm just a fan and collector. I read your report carefully and I do want to object some of the generalisatons you are making. I think there are a lot of people out there that... 

I CC, i know what you mean, I am usually not the type for generalisations. However - we are talking here ETA2892 and not inhouse calibre. But the movement was not the issue - the issue is that GP wants to do the "all or nothing" service inhouse. They will...

It is very elaborated, well written... Perfect. You are 100% right. All the brands should pay more attention to the service of their Watch. This is what will make the difference between a serious brand and others. No doubt GP will read you. No doubt that ... 

I am happy that you choose to break your silence... Very unfortunate it is not a more cheerful topic that makes you join. I think it is good that the manufactures get to know our side of the story so that they get aware... And hopefully get to improve the... 

GP was my first (watch-) love. But it is only a "one-sided love" which really is frustrating. I did not wright my complaint out of the blue. I am well connected among watch enthousiast. A long time I kept my frustration hidden, but with open ears, you hea... 

Well something happend in the meantime... From GP knowbody contacted me - which does not surprise me. However, the watchmaker at Les Ambassadeurs contacted me. He said that he called GP again regarding the spare parts. Apparently GP is willing now to send... 

A few points, 1) GP reads us here. 2) GP work hard to make their service better and do act if something goes wrong. 3) If you would have given me your e-mail when I asked, GP would have contact you directly. I am very happy everything worked out for the b...
