Well something happend in the meantime...
From GP knowbody contacted me - which does not surprise me. However, the watchmaker at Les Ambassadeurs contacted me. He said that he called GP again regarding the spare parts. Apparently GP is willing now to send those to Les Ambassadeurs and they can do the revision.
It seams that my letter, my interaction here - and of course yours as well (thanks you), has had a positive impact, in the sense, that my watch can be maintained with the necessary spare parts at reasonable costs!
GREAT!! 
So there is hope that GP is improving its service in the future... ;-)

They could have reacted, if they wanted to. I am a small mouse; I am not important for them. They simply are too far away from the customer. They make wonderful products, but Customer Care is not their strenght...
