I am usually not the type for generalisations. However - we are talking here ETA2892 and not inhouse calibre. But the movement was not the issue - the issue is that GP wants to do the "all or nothing" service inhouse. They will not provide the spare crown and glass sealing to the GP distributor. This is for me unaceptable. This is profit maximization, nothing else...
The sprinkles by the way, have not been removed. I was affraid to send it again to GP... The Distributor cleaned it...
I know that errors can happen everywhere. I hope that others have made good experience with GP service. I didn't...
