Was reviewing the 2006 Wristwatch Annual this morning.
Plenty of forgotten gems, just in that annual archive.
I initially thought this was a new offering and was very impressed!
This makes the point that GP can [and still may] do a lot more interesting things with the Laureato line.
I had both a white and black dial version.
Beautiful pieces, but I always reached for my GO Perpetual Calendar so I let them go. ...
The big date in red with the sapphire disc to eliminate the seam between the digits was very cool.
And I always enjoy a power reserve on an automatic.
