As for the strap: agree with Nicolas, a matching blue. Or a tan brown ( less red then the one you have) would be my choice.
As for curved pins - its really tricky!
You need to get the right angle when pushing it...
Try contact your local GP AD or order a custom made from a strap maker.

Nicely finished movement, but modular chronograph so the column wheel isn't visible and it needs to be a few mm bigger to meet the case size of 40 mm. ...
