Need Calendrier advice, please...
Is it possible to change the date and day independently? I checked the little manual and it seems to indicate that it can be done, but when I tried, both moved together. Thanks for your help, guys.

If you pull the crown out one notch, depending on which direction you turn the crown you will either move the date/day together, but if you turn it in the other direction you will only move the day. Off the top of my head I forget which direction is which...

By turning the crown forward you can change the Day (ie Mon, Tues, Wed... ) independently. Once you match up the correct Day with the Date you can then turn the crown backward to advance the Day and Date simultaneously. Hope that helps. This message has b...

Never good to hear. Remaining positive as I always do let me say this.... upon return after 3 months it will feel like you purchased a new watch. What's 3 months compared to a lifetime.
