When in Vienna pt. 2…
There is a French place that we used to frequent while living here that is still excellent, tasty and with probably the best service we have experienced in Europe at least. Even after several years of absence waiters that we don’t know are aware of my allergies, which I find impressive.
So here goes a light lunch 😁😋

It was delicious indeed 😋
We try to go at least once every time we return to Vienna. While we lived here it was usually a weekly occurrence 😁
The dessert was Ile Flotante
Made out of egg white I believe. My wife had that, I went for the apple sorbet with calvados instead 😁👍🏻

There were some veggies in the tartare…
And the sole came with a side dish of spinach, not to forget the French fries for the tartare (hidden in the copper pan) 😂😂😂

Absolutely - we have a deal with my wife that every restaurant that offers bone marrow, snails and tartare…
We have to order all three 😂 Bone marrow tends to be a bit seasonal, though 🤷🏻♂️
Otherwise we have to drive to Strassbourg to get it…
And here it was just a short walk away 😊👍🏻
