That looks delicious by the way! I've got some nice bottles of wine just waiting for someone to invite me to a nice dinner... Can't wait for COVID to end!

I'm not a wine connoisseur, I usually have 6-10 bottles of red around. Tonight will be some caymus. We have moved past many of covid restrictions and adhere to people being smart, i.e., if you are sick/feel off don't come over. Everyone we know is vaccina... 

Ahh. Caymus. That sounds lovely. One glass is great. But if you have more than one glass, it comes off as a little too sweet sometimes.

Local butcher does some nice dry aged usda prime ...  

So nice crispy outside and med rare inside 👌
